All the ward staff were very friendly and professional in their care. Very attentive to my needs and requests.

I am understand that the doctors/consultants are under extreme pressure but I would have appreciated a little more time on explaining my diagnosis and treatment. It was not until I read my discharge letter was I aware of my condition. This was my first time in a hospital ward (and I am 80 years old) so I was a bit lost as to my treatment etc.

On this occasion I had a good experience compared to very negative experience on previous attendance. Staff were very friendly and professional. I was triaged and assessed fairly quickly.

Music on A&E was far too loud especially if one is feeling unwell and has a headache it would have been nice to have some background music if anything.

All the staff was lovely. But I think the student midwife’s need to not be so looked down on. There still learning themselves

Even though the a&e was extremely busy we was seen quickly and efficiently

Have an app that tells people how busy it is at any one time in the A&E

The whole team was welcoming, understanding of my daughters condition and acted promptly to get the correct scans and follow ups. The facility was clean and much more comfortable than the previous department. My daughter felt comforted during a traumatic time and we were assessed very quickly!

I believe when first entering and attending reception, we were very aware that the majority waiting could hear all our details. This may need to be considered in future.

I found the staff to be down to earth, respectful and very professional
